Dr. Toshimitsu Ootara is a fluent English speaker who graduated from Nagasaki University’s Dental Department before working in a clinic in Kanagawa prefecture alongside the founder of Preventive Dentistry, Professor Axelson. The other staff are also comfortable speaking conversation-level English, ensuring that you’ll always feel at ease.
